We offer 3 virtual office options at Leigh House: Basic, Plus and Ultimate. They share the same foundations, so the choice usually comes down to two questions. Do you want to register your company at our address, and do you need a phone number on top? This guide walks through both, plan by plan.

What Every Plan Includes

All 3 plans give you:

• A business address at Leigh House, a Grade II listed mansion in LS28
• A Google My Business listing
• Mail handling: we hold your post (letters only, due to limited space) and you collect it when it suits you
• Setup within 24 hours, with no deposit and no set-up fee
• A discount on meeting rooms, bookable for up to 10 people, with a meet and greet for your clients
• A 50% discount on each additional business you add to your account

Basic: A Professional Address for Collecting Post

Basic is from £42.75 + VAT per month when paid annually. It suits sole traders, or limited companies that don’t need to register at Leigh House. Typical customers work from home and want somewhere other than the kitchen table to receive post and meet clients.

It doesn’t include Companies House registration, so you can’t use our address as your registered office. You get a 10% meeting room discount.

Plus: Register Your Company at Our Address

Plus is from £50.25 + VAT per month when paid annually, which is £7.50 a month more than Basic. It’s our most popular plan, and it’s the one we suggest as a starting point for most limited companies.

The difference is Companies House registration. You can use Leigh House as your registered office address, which keeps your home address off the public record. This is the plan for new limited companies and for existing ones that want to move their registered address. Meeting rooms are 20% off.

Ultimate: Add a Phone Presence

Ultimate is from £75.00 + VAT per month when paid annually. It includes everything in Plus, along with:

• A dedicated local phone number (01, 02 or 03) and mobile app, with call forwarding
• Up to 2,000 minutes, covering the main numbers and four mobile networks
• A 30% meeting room discount
• A one-off £50 + VAT set-up fee for the phone number and app

It suits businesses that want to look established and never miss a call, without publishing a personal mobile number.

All prices + VAT. Paying annually saves 25% compared with paying quarterly.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

• Choose Basic if you only need a smart address for post and client meetings, and you don’t need to register a company here.
• Choose Plus if you run a limited company and want to keep your home address off Companies House. For most of our customers, this is the one.
• Choose Ultimate if you also want a dedicated phone number and call forwarding, or you expect to hire meeting rooms often.

If you’re not sure, Plus is the safest starting point. You can move up later as your business grows.

Things to Know Before You Sign Up

• ID checks. We carry out anti-money laundering checks. You’ll need a passport or driving licence, plus a utility or council tax bill dated within the last three months.
• 12-month minimum. Virtual office services have a minimum commitment of 12 months, as we explained in Is a Virtual Office Right for My Startup?
• More than one business. Each additional business on your account is 50% off.
